BNI Life Mobile is designed to provide convenience and information for participants of Kumpulan Health Insurance or Optima Group Health (OGH) Conventional and Sharia actively registered in PT. BNI Life Insurance’s membership database.

BNI Life Mobile features 4 main menus: My Claim, Provider List, Membership, and Benefit. Additional menus include Info, Help, Messages, and Account.

The menus on BNI Life Mobile consist of:

• Provider List:
  • List of partner providers
  • Addresses of partner providers
  • Rates of partner providers
• Membership:
  • Virtual Card for members and families
  • Membership information
• Benefit:
  • Details of benefits owned by members and families annually without displaying the remaining limit of those benefits
• My Claim:
  • Submission of claims via digital or commonly known as Digiclaim with the following conditions:
  • Reimbursement claims
  • Claim amount up to Rp.5,000,000
  • Products include Kumpulan Health Insurance or Optima Group Health (OGH) Conventional and Shariah
  • New Claim submission and completeness of claims
  • Claim process follows applicable Terms and Conditions
